Shipping Information:  We ship all orders within 48 hours unless specified. Merchandise from our International shippers will take 4-6 weeks.  We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS other shipping preferences are available upon request, or  7-14 days on limited & Bulky merchandise (excluding weekends/holidays) For additional charges on heavy bulk items, we choose UPS ground for all shipments, unless you have other requests and you must contact us for charges before we ship your item. 

Tracking:  After shipment, you will receive an email confirming dispatch with your tracking number.

Return Policy: Exquisite Treasures guarantees the quality of products we offer.  Our business is to satisfy you and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make.  If you are by any means dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll exchange, replace, or credit your account or refund your money within 48 hours, provided  items are returned in its original state as was sent. Returns must be pre-approved and buyer will be responsible for shipping cost. Please contact Exquisite Treasures within seven(7) days of receipt of item. Returns unapproved will not be refunded..
